1. General provisions
The terms of use of the website and e-shop Beauty Bar Lis doo Belgrade regulate the conditions related to the membership of our users, the manner of registration, rights and obligations of members, terms of sale, method of calculating fees and all other issues that are important and important for functioning and use of the website and e-shop of the company Beauty Bar Lis doo Belgrade MB: 21420131, PIB: 111060157, with its registered office at Stojana Protića no. 23, Belgrade-Vračar, which operates as a retail store by mail and using the Internet in accordance with the regulations governing electronic commerce and as such represent the provisions of the contract between Beauty Bar Lis doo Belgrade and each registered user (hereinafter member), as well as regulations governing the rights and obligations related to the use of the website and e-shop. The site as well as the entire content on it are in the complete ownership of Beauty Bar Lis doo Belgrade and are intended for the realization of sales via the Internet and the promotion of electronic commerce. Any use of the site content that is contrary to the terms of use without the written consent of the content owner is strictly prohibited. Users are members and guests. Members are legal and natural persons who have accepted these terms of use and registered to make purchases through the e-shop. Guests are people who access the site once for information, but without registration. Beauty Bar Lis doo operates in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, and especially in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Law on Electronic Commerce and the Law on Consumer Protection.
2. Limitation of Liability
Beauty Bar Lis doo does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data entered by users during registration, and users themselves have undertaken, by accepting these terms of use, to enter accurate data during registration, so Beauty Bar Lis doo is not responsible for any damage consequence of entering incorrect data. The seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods from the moment of delivery of the product to the courier service. Beauty Bar Lis doo is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of hidden defects, errors or irregularities in the work due to the transmission of computer viruses, negligence of users and behavior contrary to the Terms of Use. Beauty Bar Lis doo website and store may be inaccessible from time to time, due to the necessary maintenance of the system, about which they will inform users in a timely manner via social networks and other websites.
3. Members, registration, data privacy
In order for a user to become our member, it is necessary to register on our e-shop. Registration is done by filling out the registration form. In order to provide you with a particular product or service, you will need to voluntarily provide us with certain information during registration, such as your name, date of birth, delivery address, email address, or telephone number. Members are obliged to keep their access password and not to disclose it to third parties, otherwise they are responsible for any damage resulting from such use of their account. It is also not allowed to register users with other people’s personal data. Beauty Bar Lis doo collects from users only the necessary data necessary to provide information and do business with them, all in accordance with good business practices and in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. We will use your data only and exclusively to process and fulfill your orders, deliver goods to you, communicate with you about the products you have purchased and provide you with customer support in connection with the same. We may also use your information to inform you about our products and services. Only those persons who are necessary for the implementation of the Sales Agreement have access to your data. When processing and using your data, we undertake not to deviate from Article 12 of the Law on Personal Data Protection. The e-shop is not intended for the sale of products to children under 13 years of age. If a child under the age of 13 sends us information without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete such information from the system as soon as possible, upon notification by the parent or guardian.
4. Prices, delivery
The prices that are displayed on the day of the order are final and are expressed in the local currency – dinars, as charged by the members. After concluding the order on the site, you will receive a confirmation of the order to the e-mail address you entered during registration, which will be considered the time of concluding the Sales Agreement. Delivery is made via courier service to the user’s address entered during the purchase. The ordered product will be delivered to you within a maximum of 8 working days from the date of order confirmation by Beauty Bar Lis doo. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, which completely prevent delivery or will be extended due to the same delivery time, we will be notified via the contact information you gave us when ordering the product.
5. Contract-rights and obligations
The contract that the user concludes with Beauty Bar Lis doo is the Distance Selling Agreement. The seller undertakes to deliver the selected product to the buyer at the given address within a certain period, and the buyer undertakes to pay the price upon receipt of the product. The contract is considered concluded at the moment when the seller receives a notification from the buyer about the acceptance of the offer. The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, since it is a contract concluded at a distance. The statement on withdrawal from the Contract is considered timely if it is sent to the seller within 14 days from the day of its conclusion. If the user withdraws from the Agreement, he is obliged to return the product to the seller within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the same. In that case, the product must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the product, the seller undertakes to refund the buyer.
6. Cookies
